Online Orders

Local postage within New Zealand is $5 and your video products are sent out within a week. Please allow 2 weeks for Quick Clips and the $5 for postage covers PayPal and upload fees.  International postage costs will need to be determined so we offer local only as part of the online order – if you’re overseas and wish to make an order, please contact us with your details and we will let you know the cost.
If the product you’ve ordered is faulty, or ordered incorrectly we will be happy to replace or provide you with a refund if you post it back to us.

A QuickClip is a personalised, made-to-order video file of the graduate walking across the stage at the graduation ceremony to receive their qualification. It is about 1 minute long and showcases some highlights of the ceremony and then the graduate. The video file is a perfect way to share your graduation moment with family and friends by uploading to Facebook or YouTube. Please click here to view an example of a QuickClip. When you order a QuickClip, we custom-make it and provide you with the file within 10 working days.

The USB Flash Drive and Full Graduation Video contains both the entire graduation ceremony and the morning procession (if available).  The video files are recorded in 1920 x 1080i HD and encoded as a MP4 H.264 format running at 10 Mbps on a 16GB USB.  They will play on most PC’s and the latest TV’s and Blu-ray Players that support playing videos via the USB port.

The DVD, Blu-ray Disc and the Full Graduation Video contains both the entire graduation ceremony and the morning procession (if available).  The DVD is recorded SD (720×576) where as the Blu-ray Disc is HD (1920×1080). Blu-ray Discs can only be played on Blu-ray Disc players but DVD’s can be played on either.  Blu-ray Discs are of far higher quality than compared to DVDs. The Full Graduation Video is a video file that is available to be downloaded via a link which will be emailed to you. It is in a full HD (1920×1080) MP4 video file format.
